1. Order Cancellations:

- Orders that are already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. Refunds:
- Refunds are provided only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. No Refunds/Returns For:
- Products damaged due to mishandling
- Opened or used items
- Items without original packaging
4. Free Delivery Clause:
Free delivery is applicable only for orders above ₹2000. In case of partial refunds that reduce the total below this amount, shipping charges may apply.
