Shipping is currently available only within Kerala. If your location is not serviceable, our team will notify you promptly after the order is placed.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location in Kerala.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather, logistics, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer free delivery on orders above ₹2000.
- For orders below ₹2000, a nominal shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your order status in real time.
5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package is tampered with, damaged, or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include photographs of the package and product for quick resolution.
